For a simple user it is sometimes difficult to enter the right information but there is a fantastic helpdedk behind the app who are more than willing to help you. "Don't worry we help and won't stop until the job is done" seems to be the slogan. Nicola is very helpfull and puts a lot of energy in transferring whatsapp fron Iphone to Samsung. I am really gratefull for his hrlp. Thank you all!
