WhatsApp 2.18.260 not restoring from local backups

Unfortunately WhatsApp just released a new version (2.18.260) that doesn't restore from local backups, like the ones created by WazzapMigrator. In order to fix this: just install older WhatsApp 2.18.248 as explained in here.

After restore you can safely upgrade to latest WhatsApp, this is just for restore to happen.
